Booking Policy
Please note: For new clients a deposit is required to book any colour service.
No-shows and last minute cancellations are an enormous disadvantage to our stylists. They also mean that other clients cannot book those times slots with us. We ask kindly you give us 48 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. If a 48 hour notice is not given, 50% of your scheduled service will be required as a deposit to book your next appointment. This deposit will NOT go towards the total of your next appointment. After 2 no-shows/last minute cancellations, you will be charged 100% of the missed service and will require a 50% deposit on all future bookings. Please be considerate.
